Forest District [March] 1979	Watling District [October] 1979	◀ This is a London Transport bus map and list of routes produced at the time of the creation of the new London Buses districts. This one is for Watling District, covering part of north-west London. It folds out to give a large geographic map of the routes, with an enlargement of the central London area and list of routes on the reverse.			Cardinal District [April] 1980

Central London 1981 Nº 1 681/1933M/500,000	◀ The No. 1 1981 Cental London bus map includes a diagrammatic Central London map on one side and service list plus outer London map for services penetrating the central area and route list etc. on the other. This was the sole issue of this map, being later replaced by a series of Central Area local/area maps.

Each of these District Bus Map & Guide features a map enlargement on the cover, with basic information within: first and last journeys, and intervals between.

This set of London Transport bus maps (four quadrants, plus Central London) was issued as 1983 Nº 1. Curiously, the same print code was used for North West and North East (183/04101/500M) and South West and South East (183/04102/500M). Each folder included a diagrammatic area map on one side and service list plus fare and ticket information and a full Underground diagram on the other. This was the first issue of a set of area maps, replacing the comprehensive single map produced in earlier years.

Bus route details are listed on the back, along with route changes and transport information telephone numbers (the old 071 and 081 codes).
