◀ The June 1912 issue of the London Bus map was in fact only the 16th issue of the London bus map, from the early days of motor-buses, and from the first series with the picture of the B-type bus on the cover. The map measures 18" × 12" (46cm × 30cm) when open and folds down to standard pocket size. These early bus maps were printed on very cheap paper; issued monthly, they were not intended to last. Like most century-old survivors, this one is very fragile. | |
